Applications supporting personal financial management – student financial education perspective

Przedmiot badan: Nowe trendy w ofertach instytucji finansowych oraz zmiana zachowan konsumenckich, szczegolnie okresie spolecznej izolacji i kwarantanny wywolanej pandemią koronawirusa COVID-19, stają sie wyzwaniem dla bankow, podmiotow trzecich (ang. Third Part Providers) środowisku internetowym mobilnym firm technologicznych. Artykul poświecony jest analizie przedstawicieli mlodego pokolenia - studentow Uniwersy- tetu Ekonomicznego Poznaniu obszarze aplikacji wspomagających proces zarządzania finansami osobistymi. Cel badawczy: Celem artykulu ocena funkcjonalności, niezawodności uzyteczności aplika- cji PFM przez mlode pokolenie jako elementu ich edukacji finansowej. Metoda badawcza: W opracowaniu przedstawiono postawy wobec finanso- wych, wskazując na potrzeby praktycznośc wykorzystania aplikacji, okre- izolacji, pracy zdalnej wynikającej z COVID-19. Wykorzystano metode ankietyza- CAWI poprzedzoną testowaniem studentow. Wyniki: Wyniki badania wskazują bardzo duzą popularnośc finansowych, ktore ofe- rowane są instytucje niebedące bankami. Ponadto, okres pandemii uwypuklil luki technicz- ne merytoryczne aplikacjach, jak m.in.: koniecznośc aktualizacji funkcji zakresie zdalnego kontaktu uzytkownikiem biezących rozliczen platności, porad biezącego konsultantem pomocy formalnościach kredytow depozytow. Zdaniem badanych aplikacje wspomogly gromadzenia oszczedności, co mialo nich walor podnoszący wiedze ekonomiczno-finansową umiejetności finansowe.Alternate abstract:Background: New trends in the offers of financial institutions and a change consumer behaviour, especially during periods social isolation quarantine caused by COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, are becoming challenge for banks, internet Parties Providers, mobile environment technology companies. The article is devoted to analysis behaviour representatives young generation students Poznan University Economics Business area applications supporting personal finance management process. Research purpose: aim assess functionality, reliability usability as part their education. Methods: study presents students' attitudes towards applications, indicating needs practicality using application, period isolation, remote work resulting from survey method was used, preceded application testing students. Conclusions: results point very high popularity that offered non-bank institutions. In addition, pandemic highlighted technical substantive gaps such need update function contact with user current settlements payments, advice ongoing consultant, assistance formalities field loans deposits. According respondents, supported process accumulation savings, which had advantage raising economic knowledge skills them.
